Focused Therapy Sessions
Ongoing, individualized therapy for people working through trauma and its impact.
Consistent support. Meaningful work. At your pace.
Focused Therapy Sessions provide consistent space to work through trauma-related concerns at a pace that fits your needs. Sessions are individualized to your history, goals, and current circumstances and may incorporate EMDR, IFS, CBT, somatic approaches, and other trauma-informed methods.
What To Expect.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your sessions may focus on understanding how past experiences continue to affect you, building resources and regulation, processing traumatic experiences, strengthening relationships and boundaries, or navigating changes that have brought old experiences back to the surface.
We work collaboratively to determine what is most useful for you and where to focus your time together.
What Can We Work On?
Focused Therapy Sessions are available for a range of trauma-related concerns, including single-event or complex trauma, betrayal trauma, institutional betrayal, religious trauma, occupational trauma among first responders, military and healthcare professionals, moral injury, assault, and trauma related to medical or reproductive experiences.
Focused Therapy Doesn't Have to Stand Alone
Your therapy does not have to fit into just one format.
Some clients use Focused Therapy Sessions as their primary form of treatment while adding a Therapy Intensive periodically when they want dedicated time to work on a particular concern.
Others begin with a Multi-Day Intensive Program and transition into ongoing Focused Therapy Sessions afterward to continue the work and support integration.
Your needs may change throughout therapy, and the way you work can change with them.
Investment & Availability
Focused Therapy Sessions are offered on a private-pay basis.
80-90 minute session — $200

Is Focused Therapy Right for You?
Focused Therapy Sessions may be a good fit if you are looking for ongoing therapeutic support and prefer a consistent weekly or biweekly rhythm. They can also provide continued support after completing a Therapy Intensive or Therapy Immersion.
You do not have to know which service is right for you before reaching out. We can talk through what you hope to work on and determine which type of therapeutic experience may best fit your needs.
